A- Yes, we welcome all families in the surrounding areas.
A- For baseball, Pony determines child's eligibility by their age as of August 31st. For softball, Pony determines child's eligibility by their age as of December 31st.

Shetland (Modified Coach Pitch): Ages 6 & under
Pinto (Coach Pitch): Ages 8 & under
Mustang: Ages 10 & under
Bronco: Ages 12 & under
Pony: Ages14 & under
Colt: Ages 16 & under
A- February 8, 2022. After that date, a $25 late fee will apply and placement on a team depends on available space.
A- Practices will begin the week of February 21st.
A- Game schedules are released once every association has finished drafting their teams. SRA will provide this schedule as soon as possible! We will have scrimmages on Saturday, March 19th (weather permitting).
A- Opening Day will be Saturday, March 26th (weather permitting). And we play until the end of May.

A- We usually schedule 13 games total for the regular season. After Memorial Day weekend, tournaments begin for each age bracket and are held thru the first part of June. (This is subject to change due to weather, etc.)
A- There will not be any games scheduled during the IOW Public School's Spring Break. As far as practices, each coach will decide based on players' availability.
A- Before games begin, there are usually 2 to 3 practices a week based on field/batting cage availability. Two during the week and one on Saturday. Each team usually has a regular practice schedule prior to games beginning. (This is subject to change due to weather, etc.) Once games begin, the usual practice schedule changes to accommodate multiple teams' games and practices. Your coach will inform you as to schedules week-to-week. Weeknight practices & games usually begin after 5:30pm.
A- SRA uses Beale Park and Luter Sports Complex.
A- Our Membership fee covers the overhead of running the complex. Things such as lights, garbage removal, landscaping, fence repair, field dirt, property taxes, and insurance.
A- We always need help in the concession stand & with the numerous tournaments we have during the season.
